Service Disclaimer

Website Role

Gas Water Heater Flood Pros markets water damage cleanup services and refers callers to independent restoration providers. The website itself does not perform restoration or plumbing work.

A service provider makes its own assessment and contracts directly with the customer for work performed.

Water Heater Trade

A plumber or appropriate appliance trade addresses the heater and its connections. Restoration work concerns escaped water and affected building materials.

No Outcome Promise

Damage conditions differ by property and by the amount of water released. No particular timing, price or result is promised by this website.

Insurance Decisions

Insurance coverage depends on the individual policy and the insurer. Restoration records can support a claim, but the insurer decides coverage.
